Fine Robusta cherries, deep red with a hint of purple. are handpicked at their peak ripeness ensuring optimal sugar development. These are fermented in an anoxic environment for 84 hrs with naturally occuring microbes which gives it a deep complexity while reducing bitterness.

Why Sai Ashirwad Estate?

Sai Ashirwad estate, situated in Chikmagalur, spread over 275 acres, cultivates a variety of coffees, including Arabica Chandragiri, as well as Robusta Old Peridenia and CxR. The farm is certified organic and hosts diverse flora and fauna, including the Indian Gaur, spotted deer, barking deer, wild boar, Malabar Giant squirrel, and crested serpent eagle among others. The farm also features its own processing unit, dry yards, and established water harvesting ponds.
